Office phone / Trucco_Italy

The Trucco office phone was designed in 2005  to be a modern, user friendly desk phone with a range of colour options via a removable front panel. The design  aim was to make it less aggressive & masculine (as was typical of office phones at the time) and give it a softer, more feminine look to better reflect office gender balance.

To make interaction easier and more familiar we included the use of a  “4 way” toggle switch just under the LCD screen. This  feature was similar to how the menu select on  mobile phones operated at the time. We extended the panel area to make the screen look bigger  are friendlier.
